Sealing Around Windows
Sealing and insulating around windows that are projected outwards from the structural wall plane has long been a struggle due to thermal bridges. Blaugelb’s Triotherm+ system provides a thermal-bridge free as well as structural solution for out projected window installations.
Door Sill Insulation
Perfect for insulating underneath raised door sills, Blaugelb EPS plinth provides a structural and thermal base able to carry the imposed door loads above.
Watertight Sealing
Use Blaugelb’s FLK Liquid for watertight sealing in hard to reach areas below and around windows. FLK Liquid is a polyurethane solution that is applied as a liquid and hardens into a sealing membrane, without the need of a fleece inlay. Wet-in-Wet application allows for quick, clean, and effective sealing.
Air Gap Insulating
Blaugelb’s expansion tapes are perfect for air gap insulating that allows for expansion and contraction during building settling and seasonal shifts. The tapes continuously provide a tight seal by adjusting to gap expansions and contractions.

The Triotherm+ system is a thermal and structural window buck system for energy-efficient building, certified for Passive House construction.

EPS Insulation Panels
High-performance insulation boards designed to provide excellent thermal and sound insulation for buildings. Made from expanded polystyrene (EPS), with a tongue & groove design, the MultiPro EPS Insulation Panel is able to carry impressive loads due to its very high compressive strength of over 300 psi.

Liquid Membrane Sealant
A plastic-based polyurethane sealant, Blaugelb’s FLK Liquid bridges the gap between waterproofing layers and structural and fenestration elements of buildings. A few noteworthy characteristics include:
- Wet-in-Wet application - no need to wait for the first coat to dry
- No need for setting fleece into the first wet coat, resulting in a cleaner work environment
- Odourless, waterproof, and highly elastic

A moisture-variable wall membrane providing an airtight vapour barrier that is also open to diffusion.
- Great solution as an interior vapour barrier on the warm side of wall and ceiling insulation

Windprotect UV 2SK
A tough, vapour-permeable WRB that is able to withstand the elements of nature.
- Tri-layer spunbound membrane providing a tough skin (surface weight: 150g/m2)
- Extended UV resistance
- Water-repellent and dimensionally stable
- Integrated drying technology (sd-value: 0.06m)
- Suitable for cold climate application
